- BUBecky Unsworth5 days ago1.0They call this a chocolate milkshake.... Also another time I went to click and collecg, they somehow lost my order. Had to go inside and spent over an hour waiting for them to sort it out and cook the food. I did get a refund but I had to request it. No longer a good service, run by children who don't know what they're doing and have no customer skills.

- SASophia AldridgeApr 16, 20261.0I visited the drive-thru tonight and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was the only person in the lane, yet I sat at the order point for several minutes with zero response. After driving to the first window and finding it empty, I had to drive to the final window and knock to get anyone's attention. Three staff members eventually appeared. While the girl who opened the window was very polite and genuinely tried to resolve the issue by putting my order through, she was shut down by another staff member (who had two stars on her badge). This second staff member was incredibly rude and flatly told me it "wasn't an option" to take my order at the window, effectively telling me to park and come inside. This completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. It is unacceptable to have a drive-thru open but unmanned, and even more disappointing to see a "trainer" or supervisor with zero customer service skills and a dismissive attitude. The polite staff member deserves credit for trying, but the "two-star" employee clearly needs urgent retraining on how to handle customers. I won’t be returning to this location.
